Executive Team

Andrew is a business adviser at Business Wales. His role is to support entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life and help ensure their businesses become sustainable. Some of his main roles include developing business plans, financial forecasts, and building business strategies for people setting out on their start-up adventures. He has a particular passion for working with very early-stage startups.

Wil is the Chief Executive Officer of Alacrity Foundation (UK).  He is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Foundation.

Simon is Chairman of the Alacrity Graduate Entrepreneurship Foundation and Chief Executive of Wesley Clover Corporation, a global technology investment fund. 

James is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the programme, the development of the graduate teams and supporting the on-going strategic development of the Foundation.

Katrina Cousins is responsible for the management of Human Resources and Health & Safety processes at Alacrity

Lauren is responsible recruitment and events as well as management of the Cohort teams.

Sir Terry Matthews is the founder and Chairman of Wesley Clover International, a private, global investment management firm and holding company.
