As Head of Programme James is responsible for the day-to-day operations, the learning and development of the graduate teams and supporting the on-going strategic development of the Foundation.
James is a Management graduate with 20+ years of experience in commercial, IT and startup role & he is also a professionally qualified coach and specialist mentor in tech entrepreneurship and setting up cross-functional, high performing, self-organising teams.
