The NHS will introduce CulturVate’s team engagement platform – Teamphoria, to their workforce in September 2018. Initially distributing it into every Hospital and Dr’s Surgery in South Wales prior to further expansion throughout Wales and the UK.

Teamphoria increases communication between different departments and management levels via desktop or mobile app, this will be particularly useful for communication across multiple locations. Today’s NHS workforce are looking for quicker ways to connect with each other on a professional level and this engagement tool creates an efficient way for them to communicate.
Teamphoria’s analytical data will improve workplace intelligence for the NHS and they can expect a rise in efficiency and transparency across departments. One of the main proven selling points for the NHS is increased engagement. This helps a number of key areas including employee retention, sick rates and industrial action, which has affected the NHS in recent times. This will enable the NHS to be proactive to staffing needs rather than reactive, allowing planning to involve and revolve around staff.
