Michael has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and talent across a broad range of disciplines. He co-founded Ubiquity Software Corporation and as CTO he influenced the technological direction which created one of the world’s first and most successful SIP Application Servers.
In 2000, he helped procure venture funding for the company, which resulted in one of the largest VC software investments in the UK. Ubiquity was named Innovator of the year in 2001 by the British Venture Capital Association and was the recipient of four national R&D awards. In 2007 Ubiquity was acquired by Avaya Inc. for $145M.
Throughout his career, he has been pivotal in establishing strong revenue pipelines and has contributed to the successful sales of core products and services to companies such as BT, Global Crossing, Verizon, COMCAST, United Online, Motorola, NOKIA, Siemens and numerous other high profile clients.
